All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) assigned before the product(s) can be returned to ForceOne.
When alterations are needed, distributor must notify our Customer Service Coordinator, Christy Richards (Ph. 800-462-7880) to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Distributor must note the RA# on the outside of the boxes that are being sent to ForceOne.
